Shipping Information

Large format equipment can be very bulky and heavy. Most are shipped via freight truck on a pallet – which requires a dock, lift gate, or fork lift to get off of the truck. Due to these requirements and in order to protect your equipment, we utilize transport companies that specialize in these types of deliveries.

Important Details
There are a few things to keep in mind prior to the arrival of your shipment – including the width of doorways, elevators, stairs and ramps. A few strong individuals in your office can also be a huge help! Our Shipping Team will provide shipment dimensions and weights, and can help you coordinate the best plan to get the equipment delivered to you and ready for installation.

Dock-to-Dock Shipping
The shipping fee we quote you includes dock-to-dock delivery. If you have any special delivery requirements, the freight company will charge additional fees that we will add to your invoice – outlined below.

Lift Gate (+$150)
A lift gate is a metal platform on the back of a freight truck that is needed to lower the shipment from the bed of the truck to ground level, and is necessary for companies who do not have a loading dock or fork lift available for use at the delivery destination.

Inside Delivery (+$100+)
Companies who need assistance getting the shipment into an interior room or office can utilize inside delivery service. If the equipment is being delivered to a higher floor than ground level, an elevator is required. For stairs, there will be an additional fee.

Additional Fees
Please note that there may also be additional fees for Residential, Military Base, Educational Institution, Special Hours, Rush, White Glove Service, and Out-of-Bounds deliveries. Please inquire – cost to be determined by the transport company based on information provided.
