Nextimage 5.0 Upgrade Service After the Sale

In past blog posts I have discussed technical details of the new Nextimage version 5.0. The deadline for the free upgrade is ending on February 28, 2017. We have received numerous calls and emails with questions on this upgrade. For the most part, our clients have done a wonderful job in following the steps to receive this upgrade.
There are a few sites who still use the 32bit version of Microsoft Windows 7. This upgrade is a 64bit application and will not run or install on a 32bit system.
Some of these scanners are out of manufacturer’s warranty. These customers still call for technical support service and we at Large Document Solutions still provide phone and internet support for as long as you own your equipment. We were glad to help these customers. In fact, we sent out an informative email to our customers who own Contex scanners letting them know the FREE upgrade is available and if they have questions concerning the download and installation, we were here to help.
Oh by the way……….This upgrade can be acquired, save and license code emailed to them before February 28th then installed after they have upgraded their Microsoft Windows 7 32bit operating system to either a 64bit Windows 7 or upgrade to Windows 10.
