QUESTION: Using a Graphtec CS500 color scanner. All the light grey areas are scanning in a pinkish tint. What is going on?
ANSWER: Try increasing the DPI resolution. If this does not work and if version 6.80 of Scanning Master 21+ is being used, replace the iscan32.dll or downgrade to 6.71 of the scanning software. We are here to help, give us a call: 866-338-4464
