Large Document Solutions is family-owned and operated, and has been in business for more than 23 years! We sell large format, state-of-the-art, digital imaging equipment – including scanners, plotters, folders and display solutions – to a variety of industries for digitization, historical preservation and art reproduction projects. Our mission is to help organizations digitize original materials in order to conduct business more efficiently and make information readily and widely accessible across the world.

Through our commitment to providing outstanding consultative service, we are leaders in the digital imaging industry. We work with every major manufacturer as an independent, full-function reseller. With our extensive product offerings and depth of expertise, we are able to recommend the best equipment for each unique customer.

Executive Team


Leah’s extensive background in marketing began in 2009, with stints at the Country Music Association, Aware Records, Carolina Performing Arts and North Carolina Museum of Art. She then settled back in Denver as the program manager at Executive Forum, where she was responsible for a renowned speaker series. In 2012, Leah went to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. In her role as the events manager, Leah managed the sales, planning and execution of more than 120 events annually. After three years at DCPA, she was hired at WiesnerMedia Publishing to oversee the marketing and partnerships for Mountain Living and Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazines. Throughout her career, Leah has also owned an event planning business, Ten-Four Events.

Leah joined the Large Document Solutions team in 2019 as the VP of Sales & Marketing – but as a family company, she actually worked here off and on since it was founded! She became President of the company in 2022. Leah brings a deep passion for museums, libraries, art and cultural heritage institutions to the company – and is dedicated to the mission of helping our customers digitize, preserve and share one-of-a-kind materials.

Kevin Brinks


Kevin has been in the industry for over 40 years. Kevin started his illustrious career with what was then Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) in 1980 as an engineer on the Titan program, utilizing equipment as an end user. In 1984, Kevin went to Versatec – a Xerox company – that produced digital plotters. He worked his way through five years as a systems analyst, three years of direct sales, and six years of partner sales and business development. During those six years, Kevin became involved with many different companies and products in the industry. After the Xerox tenure, Kevin went to Printfold – a manufacturer of online and offline large document folders – as a sales director and worked with companies such as Xerox, KIP, Océ, and their resellers. During the contract sales period, he sold KIP equipment and worked for a scanner distributor selling Contex, Vidar, ANAtech, Colortrac and Graphtec scanners.

Kevin founded Large Document Solutions – a division of the Engineering and Manufacturing Enhancements Corporation – in 2001, and served as the President & CEO of the company for more than 20 years. In January 2022, Kevin sold the company to Leah Lewis, but still remains onboard as the VP of Operations.
